The New Forest is not so new!  William the Conqueror established in 1079 as a Royal Hunting Ground and even today, 'commoners' still retain their ancient rights, while animals roam freely across open heathland.  In April 2005, the forest was given National Park status. 

From the coast of the New Forest, it's a 30 minute ferry crossing to the stunning Isle of Wight which has a range of routes to suit all abilities and is a great base for a day's cycling.

Brockenhurst Location

Brockenhurst is well served by mainline trains (just 90 minutes from London Waterloo) and our hire centre is conveniently located next to the Brockenhurst station.  Parking is available locally for a small charge and the National Park also has a good bus network.
