What gift vouchers are available?
Take a look at our website and decide on the present you would like to give. Our One Day Get-Aways make particularly good gift options. Once you have decided, call us and we can take payment and do the rest.

Do I have to book a date now?
Not at all! Let the recipient choose - we're open six days per week between Easter and the end of October, and by special arrangement at other times so it’s easy to find a time to suit.

The people I have in mind haven't ridden for years!
Don't worry - we've routes for all abilities. We'll discuss this when they arrive and help them choose the perfect option.

How do they book?
They simply telephone the cycle centre at Brockenhurst to check availability for the date they have in mind.

Are there any terms and conditions?
All gift vouchers must be pre-booked to be used. While it may be possible to turn up on the day, during busier periods of the year availability can not always be guaranteed.

How long are the vouchers valid?
All gift vouchers must be used within a year of their issue date

What if the recipients do not want to use the gift? 

The voucher can be transferred for use by another person in this situation. Please contact us so we can update our records.
